Dill Pickle Salsa

dill pickle salsaYield: 2 2/3 cups      
Prep: 15 minutes
Chill: 2 hours  

Ingredients
 2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles made with Mrs. Wages® Refrigerator Kosher Dill Pickle Mix
2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 tsp minced fresh cilantro
4 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp pickle juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
