Mini Meatloaves
These mini-meatloaves are great for a weeknight dinner. Because they are mini, they cook in no time. You can also get creative with the topping and let each family member choose what style they want.
Directions
Heat oven to 450°F.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Spray the inside of a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Place approximately one cup of meat mixture into each well.
Top each loaf with preferred topping.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes until loaves are cooked through (160° internal temperature).
