Gumbo with Pickled Okra

In a large saucepan, combine water and Gumbo & Rice Entrée Mix. Bring to a boil; stirring often. Add sausage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered for 24-26 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally.

Just before serving, add okra and hot pepper sauce, if desired. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

 1 package (8 oz) Gumbo & Rice Entrée Mix
 2 lbs smoked or Andouille sausage, sliced
 1 quart prepared Mrs. Wages® Pickled Okra, sliced into ½ inch pieces (about 2 cups)
 1-2 tsp hot pepper sauce, optional
