Baked Mostaccioli Casserole
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook moscatelli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the pasta sauce, mushrooms and zucchini. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir in moscatelli.
Transfer moscatelli mixture to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
