Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, pepper and salt. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Brown the chicken on all sides. Remove and keep warm.
In a large bowl, combine the jelly, Mrs. Wages® Spiced Apple Mix, lemon juice, parsley and stir in apples.
Add mixture and chicken to skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
