Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet
All the flavors of the classic dish, in an extra cheesy pasta skillet with your homemade pasta sauce.
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook 3-4 minutes until done, stirring occasionally. Once fully cooked, remove chicken from skillet, cover and keep warm.
Stir the pasta sauce, rotini, water, tomatoes and mushrooms in the skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the rotini is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cooked chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Garnish as desired.
