Mini Meatloaves

These mini-meatloaves are great for a weeknight dinner. Because they are mini, they cook in no time. You can also get creative with the topping and let each family member choose what style they want.

Mini Meatloaves

Basic Loaf Ingredients
 1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
 1 medium onion chopped
 1 egg slightly beaten
 1/2 cup all-purpose baking mix or flour
 Pepper to taste
Topping Suggestions
Sweet Ketchup
 1/2 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Ketchup
 2 Tbsp brown sugar
Cheddar Salsa
 1/2 cup prepared Mrs. Wages® Salsa (or Hot Salsa)
 Shredded cheddar cheese (place cheese on loaf for last five minutes of baking time)
Cheeseburger Loaf
 1/2 cup prepared Mrs. Wages Ketchup
 2 Tbsp mustard
 Sliced American cheese (place cheese on loaf for last five minutes of baking time)

Heat oven to 450°F.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Spray the inside of a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Place approximately one cup of meat mixture into each well.

Top each loaf with preferred topping.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes until loaves are cooked through (160° internal temperature).
