Peach Vanilla Jam

Directions

In a large sauce pan, stir crushed peeled peaches, sugar and lemon juice until well blended. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Scrape vanilla bean seeds into peach mixture. Add vanilla extract and whole bean. Bring crushed peaches to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Gradually stir contents of Mrs. Wages® No Cook Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin into the peach mixture. Stir 3 minutes longer.

Ladle into freezer safe containers and adjust lids. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to let jam setup. Refrigerate and consume within 3 weeks or store for up to 1 year in the freezer.
