PEPPER JACK STREET CORN QUESO

Pepper Jack Street Corn Queso 1

 1 tablespoon butter
 15 oz. can corn
 1 packet Mrs. Wages Pepper Jack Queso Cheese Dip Mix®
 Juice of half a lime
 ½ cup sour cream
 ¾ cup milk
 ½ tsp. chili powder
 
 Topping Ingredients:
 Fresh cilantro
 ½ cup crushed hot cheese puffs

Drain and rinse canned corn.

In a medium skillet, melt the butter and sauté the corn for a few minutes on medium heat.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except the toppings.

Bring to a simmer.

Simmer, stirring often for 4 minutes, then remove from heat.

Pour into a serving bowl if desired or serve it bubbling in the skillet and add the toppings.
