Spiced Apple Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, apples and cranberries. In another large bowl, whisk the egg yolks, eggs, cream, milk and Mrs. Wages® Spiced Apple Mix. Pour over bread cube mixture and mix well. Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

In a small saucepan, combine cream and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove the heat; stir in rum extract. Serve warm with pudding.
