Blend pectin/sugar mixture with fruit. Stir for 3 minutes.
Ladle into freezer safe containers and adjust lids. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to let jam setup. Refrigerate and consume within 3 weeks or store for up to 1 year in the freezer.
