Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
Everyone can have what they want for dinner with this combination of two classic dishes!
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon and set aside to cool. Drain fat from skillet.
Add ground beef and onions to skillet. Cook and crumble over medium heat about 5-6 minutes or until ground beef is no longer pink.
While the meat is cooking, spread ketchup and mustard on the pre-baked crust, spreading to combine with a spatula.
Top the pizza with the ground beef mixture, chopped bacon and cheese.
Bake 9-11 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
While the pizza is baking, in a small bowl combined the mayo and pickle brine.
Top pizza with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and pickle sauce. If not using lettuce and tomatoes slice pickles and place around the top of the pizza.
